From Blah to Beaming!

My name is Jaleigh, and this is my Beneve Story...

For the last few years,  I feel like my body had turned against me. I was constantly swollen, exhausted, and weighed down by a deep sense of frustration. Simple tasks felt monumental, and even though I was doing everything I could to eat healthily and stay active, my energy and health continued to decline.

This impacted every part of my life. I struggled to keep up with my daily routine, and it felt like all these issues  were holding me back from being the person I wanted to be. I experienced brain fog  and a constant sense of feeling "blah." It wasn’t just me who was affected—my family could see how much I was struggling, and it hurt to feel like I wasn’t fully present for them.

But Jesus healed me.  He lifted me out of that dark and challenging place, and I give Him all the glory for my restoration. In this journey of healing, I discovered Beneve, and it has been an incredible tool that helps me maintain balance and live fully in the health and energy God has restored to me.
